Finding a therapist who feels safe, supportive, and trustworthy matters deeply. Parenting, relationships, work, family—all of it—often stirs up deep, unexpected emotions. My approach is to guide you toward understanding the root of your symptoms, so that you can begin to heal from your past and live more fully in the present. I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, relational issues, and anything that gets in the way of feeling like yourself. I am trained in multiple trauma modalities, including IFS and EMDR. Together, we will find what works best for you.
