Thanks for being here! I support adults and adolescents who are looking to deepen their understanding of how they move through a complex world. We could be an especially good fit if you are someone looking to: better communicate within your relationships, heal trauma, identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or explore your relationship with your body and food/exercise. My approach to therapy is grounded in a relational, trauma informed and gender affirming perspective, seeing you as a whole person in front of me, and the systems and socialization that has shaped you. I offer a blend of different therapy styles, including EMDR, IFS, Somatics and Polyvagal theory. This can feel like digging into the root of how you learned a behavior was effective to protect you, noticing what your nervous system is trying to communicate with you about your surroundings and relationships, or exploring how different parts of us show up.
