I believe that life is about relationships and I carry a systemic approach into my work with clients. I bring my curiosity for the roots we stem from and the narratives we carry with us to better understand how they shape and inform our present lives. I strive to foster an environment where clients feel empowered and able to be transparent and collaborative. I am a Certified Mental Health provider through Postpartum Support International and a Licensed Couples and Family Therapist. I use a variety of treatment approaches to support clients toward their self-identified goals.
