My name is Mimose Montgomery, I affectionately go by “Mimi”. I received my Clinical Social Work Degree at Barry University. I am a bilingual Haitian-Creole and English speaking clinical therapist. I have 8 years of experience in this field. I have worked with people from all walks of life. My history of clinical counseling experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Our first session is all about getting to know you and hear your story. We will explore your goals, and what brought you to therapy. I’ll create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel safe to speak freely. We’ll explore what’s going on in your life, discuss what you hope to get out of therapy, and begin to identify the tools and support you might need. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there, together.
