I'm a certified ADHD specialist who works with teens, adults and families - who have or who think they might have ADHD. Living with ADHD can feel stressful, lonely and difficult. I offer education and highly customized tools and strategies that help increase understanding while easing shame, anxiety and stress so that you can achieve your life's goals. My approach is to first gain a deep understanding of your strengths, values and the specific obstacles you face. From there, we can co-create an effective and meaningful plan to help you meet your goals and stay on track. Let's get you on your path for real change and positive growth. My clients also rely on me to help with anxiety, divorce and relationship issues.
