Trauma Therapy- NH, NY & CT Re-establishing a sense of safety and agency using the body's natural healing system. I specialize in trauma, EMDR and somatic integration. I work with adults and young adults to re-pattern, create boundaries and soften the urge to over-function. Some experiences leave behind a "high-alert" echo in the body that talk therapy alone can't quiet. As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand how past experiences can impact your current life. I work collaboratively to support navigating the shock of a recent experience or the longterm impact of complex childhood experiences and dysfunctional family dynamics.
