As a psychotherapist licensed in Marriage, Family Therapy, and 16 years experience working with clients, I am dedicated to the wholeness of individuals and their relationships. I am trained thoroughly working with: anxiety/depression, relationship conflict, trauma & PTSD, issues of divorce and co-parenting; life stage crises; and sexual addiction. My theoretical approach is integrative; and I draw especially on EMDR, psychodynamic, Positive Psychology, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral and systems theories. The couples work that I do is inspired by the training received from the Gottman Relationship Training, as well as the work of Dr. Sue Johnson (EFT).
