About
I evaluate brain function. Patients with dementia (e.g., Alzheimer's, Lewy Body, Frontal temporal), movement disorders (Parkinson's Disease), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, and needing surgical clearances (SCS, DBS, organ transplants, etc) are my specialty. I am trained in measuring brain behavior, specializing in accidents and diseases that affect brain functions. I promote lifestyle changes to prevent (or mitigate) cognitive disorders. I completed a Ph.D. program, internship, and postdoctoral residency specializing in Neuropsychology. Neuropsychology is the subspecialty of psychology that understands and measures brain behaviors. The mind is a manifestation of the functions of the brain. The brain has a very specific set of networks, comprised of neuroanatomical structures, which work together to make up your cognition, emotions, personality, and behaviors (i.e., "You").
