Life often hands us things we may not want nor are we prepared for. It’s like a book. The first page is that of LIFE and the last page is that of death. The center pages can get messy. You still have pages though, and what you write can be whatever you choose. Even when the book gets dirty, torn or broken, the blank pages are still there...waiting for you to fill them. Life is full of many twists and turns and the way we are foundationally taught to handle life varies from person to person. My view of therapy is that of a passenger. I am one that walks alongside you in your journey toward healing and wholeness.
