Our goal is to empower youth and their families to improve their quality of life and connect them to appropriate community, vocational, and educational resources. Clients will learn skills to help cope with family relationships, school and academic problems, and other life issues. Parents and caregivers learn how to play a positive role and avoid enabling negative behaviors. Activities are always designed to fit the specific needs of each family. "Keep the Knowledge, Lose the Pain." I am excited to be certified in this emerging therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy. ART is recognized as an evidence based practice by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) of the Federal government.
