Accepting New Patients! We service individuals and families ages 7 and up. Are you and/or your child feeling worried, overwhelmed, and struggling with the stress of work, school, and day to day life? Are you or you looking for traditional as well as holistic, art based, mindfulness based, somatic, or movement/yoga based therapeutic modalities to help you navigate life's challenges? Are you looking for alternatives to medication to manage your symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, autism, or an eating disorder? Are you seeking guidance for gender identity and transgender issues? Then this practice may be right for you! Our clinicians (see photo gallery) can help you and/or your child heal, energize, focus, and become aware of your inner strengths through mindful counseling. Our clinicians can also help you learn your warning signs, find effective relaxation and coping strategies, come off of medication safely, and find tools to help you focus to meet your unique goals.
