I’ve spent the past 40 years walking alongside teens and adults as they navigate some of life’s most significant transitions, from career changes and identity shifts to relationship struggles and day-to-day issues. My work is rooted deeply in empathy and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth. I use a client-centered, mindfulness-based approach to help ease anxiety, lift depression, and improve relationships. What matters most to me is creating a safe, trusting space where people feel truly seen and heard, supported, and empowered to move forward—whether they’re facing a tough moment or building a new chapter.
