I support young adults and adults of all abilities struggling with symptoms of ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and/or other difficulties (depression, trauma, specific phobias) navigate a variety of life's transitions. I use a holistic approach and support clients create a mind-body connection to better understand their relationship with themselves and the world around them. Each client receives a tailored treatment plan utilizing a personalized and holistic approach that addresses their specific needs and goals while taking into account ALL areas that impact them. I aim to support every client’s therapeutic journey by emphasizing mindfulness, grounding techniques, cognitive and somatic practices.
