I have experience working in a variety of settings with diverse challenges. I specialize in working with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges. I use a person-centered approach and believe that therapy is individualized to meet individual personal goals. I provide a safe, and welcoming space for people to feel heard and supported while working on learning tools in order to have a balanced life. I am trained in EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral therapy) and motivational interviewing.
