My goal is to help you achieve your goals in therapy by increasing your awareness, exploring possible triggers, processing emotions & working together to implement appropriate changes. I can provide individual, play or family therapy in the comfort of your home or at a mutually agreed upon location. I specialize in working with children, teens and families. I typically work with children and teens with their families on a variety on issues including but not limited to, anxiety and depression, suicidality. bipolar, trauma, behavioral issues, fetal alcohol syndrome, mood disorders, adjustment disorders etc.
