Hello there! My name is Lisa Harrison. I love helping and supporting my clients and provide a safe space to get things out so you can sort through patterns that may not be serving you well. We will work together to recognize, develop and implement your own personal strengths and coping abilities. I love to laugh and empower my clients as we muddle together through this mortal experience. I believe people change and heal best in a safe, encouraging environment. I come from a medical social work background and I am experienced dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, caregiver stress, grief, and loss. My focus is person centered and I utilize many modalities, including CBT, and SFT.
