My name is Mindie Ching, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Bringing over 20 years of experience, I believe therapy isn't necessarily about "fixing what is wrong" with you. Rather, it's a place to recognize, develop, and support what you do well. I believe people are full of inherent strengths and talents that can be discovered and refined to extend their potential and utilized when times are challenging. Therefore, I frequently use Positive Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytic Theory, and a culturally sensitive approach to guide my therapy experience.
