In counseling, we will explore life cycles and any strongholds getting in the way of achieving your present and future goals. Life as we know it has changed during the pandemic. Therefore, it's important to have a safe space to reflect and verbalize the changes you have experienced while identifying what you have learned about yourself in order to move forward in your journey. My specialties: depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Additionally, you'll learn how to implement healthy boundaries, recognize unhealthy habits or toxic relationships, improve communication skills. Also, you will learn several strategies and coping mechanisms.
