At MindSpa Therapeutic Wellness Center, I practice as an eclectic Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the State of New Jersey. Aside from earning my Master's in Social Work from New York University, I have advanced training in Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TFCBT, Trauma Studies! I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and Meditation teacher and have specialties in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Children's Yoga. What you will find at MindSpa is clinical therapy with "a twist"!
