I look forward to the opportunity to work with each of my clients and take part in their journey for recovery. I know that life’s valuables can sometimes be dropped when we are in survival mode. Sometimes life unfolds in some of the most confusing ways and we are forced to push our way through. I would consider it an honor to join you in your process of recovering the pieces of your life that were lost or misplaced during the shuffle. I have a passion for working with individuals who have challenges in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, anger, and communication.
