Many of my clients are first responders, active or retired military, caretakers, and couples and families dealing with cancer or other illness. I help people who struggle with anxiety, chronic or invisible illness, intimacy issues, and partners who have experienced betrayal. Interpersonal relationships can be severely impacted when a person is suffering from any mental health challenge. I help people find healthy ways to cope with their problems, process past events and give support during current concerns. Sex worker and LGBT inclusive. I offer telehealth sessions, in-person, and also "walk and talk." I am Master trained and certified in the use of Accelerated Resolution therapy which is excellent for processing trauma and changing habits. Positive changes are usually experienced in 1 to 5 sessions.
