Mindy Duggan, MSW, is a licensed therapist who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and life transitions. She has experience in schools, residential treatment programs, day programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and outpatient mental health clinics. Mindy’s approach is warm, strengths-based, neuro-affirming, and culturally responsive. Mindy integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, and narrative therapy to meet clients’ unique needs. Mindy believes therapy should be a safe, affirming space for clients of all identities. Sessions are collaborative and focused on building coping skills, processing emotions, and supporting meaningful growth and healing.
