I’m Mindy, and I help people who are tired of just "getting by" start feeling truly grounded again. With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve learned that healing isn't one-size-fits-all. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to "perform" or hide parts of yourself. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing diverse challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, adult Autism, relationship issues, codependency, life transitions, and self-esteem. I tailor an individualized approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I use evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, Mindfulness, ACT and DBT.
