Small comments or mistakes can spiral into hours of self-criticism and overthinking, leaving you feeling too much or never enough. You replay conversations, over-apologize, and struggle with boundaries. Maybe you've experienced past trauma that your mind drifts back to in quiet moments. Your body holds the stress—tight chest, stomach knots, or shutting down without meaning to. You’re exhausted from carrying old wounds that still shape your self-worth and relationships. Together, we can help your nervous system process the past, understand how early relationships shaped you, and support younger parts of you in feeling safe so you can build self-trust, calm anxiety and move out of survival mode.
