Hi! My name is Mindy Hall Czech, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I LOVE what I do, and I am always honored to walk with others on their journey through life. You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated.- Dr. Maya Angelou. Sometimes we need someone to walk with us through the hardships of life where anxiety, fear, anger, shame, etc. have taken root and made their home. We need a nonjudgmental space to vent and figure out how to re-train our brain- where anxiety, past trauma, etc. do not lead us anymore, but healthy thoughts, ways of life and building healthy behaviors do.
