My goal as a therapist is to provide a caring, confidential setting where the client can make positive changes, develop effective coping skills and improve self- acceptance and self-image. A trusting relationship between client and therapist is a key element for growth. I use a gentle, nurturing approach and provide a non judgmental environment where clients can explore feelings and develop insight into their lives.
