I work well with college students and adults (young, middle-age and elderly) who are dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD (trauma), gender issues, and/or grief and loss. I am a participating provider with most major insurance companies including Medicare. I have 35 years of college teaching experience (Professor) including courses in Abnormal Psychology, Human Sexuality, and Stress Management and Mindfulness. Thus, I have a strong understanding of psychological disorders and the application of a variety of therapeutic tools and strategies. I will help you formulate and work toward realistic and achievable goals.
