These days our lives are increasingly complex and hard to navigate. We often feel unequipped and overwhelmed in dealing with life's stressors and expectations. We feel defeated by our self-judgments, immobilized by fear, or debilitated by loss and grief. We feel lonely and disconnected. It's hard to find the support we really need. This is where I can help. I realize the deep yearning we all have as humans to be seen, heard, and understood.
