My favorite part about this career is that I get to witness people grow and unlock new possibilities for themselves. It's truly incredible to see something "click" for a client. A person who feels stuck in something and feels ready to face it will find a co-pilot in me as a therapist. I see each client as the expert and myself as a guide/partner for the journey, offering reassurance or gentle challenges, where needed. I truly believe we are constantly in a state of becoming the best version of ourselves and sometimes a client just needs help sorting out who they want to be from who they think they should be. I pride myself in being honest and authentic. I don't enter the room as a perfect human but as someone else also navigating the twists and turns of life and doing the best I can. Together, we'll notice your patterns and decide what about them is and isn't useful to you. I don't decide what is right for you. You do.
