About
Life can be overwhelming, especially when you’ve spent years putting others first, navigating unhealthy relationships, or carrying unresolved emotional wounds. I believe that healing begins when we develop clarity about our patterns, compassion for ourselves, and the confidence to choose a different way forward. My areas of focus include: • Trauma • Anxiety and stress management • Recovery from emotionally abusive, or codependent relationships • People-pleasing and boundary challenges • Attachment wounds and relationship patterns • Life transitions and identity shifts • Self-esteem and confidence • Emotional regulation My work focuses on helping adults gain insight into the underlying beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that keep them stuck in cycles of anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or relational distress. Together, we work to process unresolved trauma, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and self-trust.
