I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my masters from Nyack College in Manhattan, New York. My focus is to help individuals that struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment issues as well as diagnosed personality and mental health disorders. I have gained experience working in out-patient as well as telehealth and in-home therapy. My approach is integrative based on each individual’s situations and preferences. The therapeutic techniques I have used include play therapy, art therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family-based therapy. I am well adaptable to each client's needs and approaches. Clients will find a therapist who will strive to communicate as well as someone who is compassionate about each person's story. They will find someone emphatic and supportive and able to play different roles as best suits each individual.
