It is often difficult to choose the right therapist. A key ingredient in creating change is having the right therapist and client relationship. I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience and use an individualized approach to each client. I work to empower the client so that they can use therapeutic tools in their daily lives. My approach offers a unique blend of support and insight. I have a vast array of experience working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and families. I draw on my experience as both a therapist and an adjunct professor in working with my clients.
