You might be feeling stuck—knowing something needs to change, but unsure how to move forward in a way that truly fits you. You may be navigating questions about identity, relationships, work, or boundaries while feeling out of step with conventional paths. You may feel tired of trying to make yourself fit into systems or expectations that don’t reflect how you actually think, feel, or relate. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent (especially autistic and/or ADHD, often late-identified or high-masking), have a history of complex or attachment-based trauma, and/or are part of queer, kink, or poly communities.
