My ideal client feels stuck, anxious, or disconnected and wants to regain control of their thoughts, feelings, and reactions. They may struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, or loss and are ready to take small, meaningful steps toward change. I meet clients with compassion, empathy, and a nonjudgmental approach, helping them build confidence, resilience, and hope. My goal is that, one day, everyone will stop focusing on the ugliness of the forest and begin to see the beauty of the trees again.
