I provide a warm, supportive space for people facing anxiety, depression, and life’s countless challenges, using practical tools to help you develop meaningful insight. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting change. I completed my doctoral education at Rutgers University, my predoctoral internship at NYU-Bellevue Hospital, trained at sites including Columbia University Medical Center, and now serve as a staff psychologist and clinical teaching faculty at Mount Sinai-Elmhurst Hospital Center. Previously, I served as a public interest attorney and law professor in the San Francisco Bay Area.
