Some things seem too big to feel alone because they are; healing happens in relationship, not alone. I work in a somatic, relationship-centered style with individuals longing for access to rest, nervous system repair, and relief from symptoms of trauma, as well as youth and teens living with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or grappling with their sexuality/gender identity. If you carry trauma, disconnection, or overwhelm, this is a space for relief, repair, and possibility. My extensive training in body-centered and relational methods lets me support my clients with healing at the deepest level.
