Healing begins through relationship. Our work together will first be to build a safe and trusting relationship to engage in a deeper process of transformation. All of our experiences, prenatally to the present, have led us to who we are today. Sometimes, we need help figuring out where we’re stuck, what’s getting in the way and how to find our way forward. This can be tricky to navigate by ourselves. Through open and honest exploration of your unique experiences, I will guide you in slowing down while finding a deeper sense of self-awareness and healthier ways to move forward.
