Relationships are complicated and often very stressful and upsetting. I work with people who are grappling to communicate better with the most important people in their lives. Wanting to be heard, understood, supported and loved is human nature. This can sometimes be a challenge without outside, neutral help. Misunderstandings often can get in the way of intimate relationships, leaving each person feeling alone, disillusioned and their actions misconstrued. I see my job as someone who can help navigate these confusing dynamics and openly talk about the possible underlying feelings that led to these behaviors in the first place.
