Hello! I'm Miranda. I am dedicated to helping adults and teens find a lasting sense of purpose and wellbeing. I help clients deepen their connection to themselves and others through practices that center embodiment, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation. I enjoy working with a multitude of populations and I am particularly passionate about guiding individuals through disconnection, trauma-related issues, and identity concerns. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and I provide inclusive care to individuals of all backgrounds and identities—including BIPOC, Latinx, neurodivergent, and polyamorous.
