Hello, my name is Miranda. My goal as a therapist is to help you work through your your issues, address your inner needs and achieve your goals. I help you focus on what is most important to you by providing you a safe space to explore, express and examine the areas of your life that have been causing you stress or discomfort. Once you find a therapist that works for you and you feel comfortable, being able to open up is the easy part. My approach to counseling is rooted in a person centered approach, along with feministic and empowerment focused support to help you be the best you can be every day.
