HI! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am based out of Pasadena, CA but see clients statewide via Tele-health. I work with couples, individuals, parents, adolescents, and children and specialize in anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, behavioral concerns, and ADHD, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Managing and Adaptive Practice, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help my clients I help my clients manage difficult emotions, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and build more fulfilling lives. Our first session will be a chance for us to connect and for me to understand what's been going on for you. We'll spend most of the time talking about how you've been feeling, and I'll ask questions to help me get a better sense of what might be contributing to those feelings.
