Throughout our work together, I hope to create a safe, welcoming environment for you to express your worries, fears, and excitements. My goal is to meet you where you are at and offer ongoing support to foster growth and healing. My approach to therapy is client-centered, to show up with a listening ear and an open heart. I have a passion for working with individuals in their teenage years through older adulthood. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support and empower clients.
