Like many mental health professionals, I’ve started this career by gaining a better understanding of my own mental health. Therapy has given me more strength, acceptance, and perspective in my life and I hope to empower my clients to find the same. I graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy, with a primary focus on trauma and addiction treatment. I hold deep respect for my clients and for their unique life path.
