As a gestalt therapist and a cultural anthropologist, I see therapy as an exercise of the possible. My approach aims to expand the horizons of what you’ve come to see as “true” regarding who you are and your prospects for fulfillment. With compassion and curiosity, we will develop awareness of – and gently interrogate – your constructions of yourself, identifying barriers to authentic and nourishing contact. Often formed early in life, these dated templates may stifle growth and meaningful relationships.
