Are you experiencing perimenopause/ menopause symptoms, and looking for guidance, support and community? I developed a special interest in perimenopause/menopause health about 10 years ago, while my private practice was flooded with women who were experiencing perimenopause/menopause symptoms, but were misdiagnosed with depression, anxiety and mood issues. I became passionate about their emotional, mental and physical health issues and new challenges that weren’t acknowledged by their providers, for lack of understanding what perimenopause and menopause truly are about, and what support and assistance they require. I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist, a women's health coach, and a menopause expert. I am 47 years old & in menopause myself. I have been in private practice for 15 years, helping women and building companionship and community. I am excited to work with you in a non-traditional way, where we will get you the tailored individual support you need.
