I help individuals connect mind, body, and spirit. You've worked hard and have come a long way. On the outside everything seems fine, but on the inside there's the worry, tension, self-doubt, or the deep grief. You feel it in your heart and in your body. You're not sure where to start, but what you do know is that something has to change. Therapy can help. If you’re wanting to feel more grounded, more secure, more authentic, and more connected to others, to your work, or to your art, let’s talk. Maybe you’ve done talk therapy before and want to try something new - something deeper. My approach may be right for you. To help us get to the core, I rely heavily on attachment work and on EMDR (a mind-body-spirit approach). I feel very comfortable working with diverse cultural backgrounds, BIPOC, LGBTQ, and spiritual issues.
