I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients in the Tampa Bay area through private practice for over 25 years. My experience includes working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. I believe that therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all experience. Instead, I take a personalized, integrative approach that honors each person’s unique story and needs. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space—one that offers both support and meaningful challenge—to foster growth and healing.
