We will collaborate through empathy, curiosity, and humor to explore blockages and challenges, new paths and possibilities, and the depth of your beingness. My clinical style is rooted in mindfulness-based practices, attachment and psychodynamic theory, and depth psychology, and I take a holistic approach to my work, considering the mind, body & spirit.
