I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder, health anxiety, perinatal anxiety, and other anxiety disorders. I help my clients decrease and manage emotional and physical distress, and increase well-being. My clients range in age from 17 through older adulthood. I work collaboratively and actively with my clients to achieve their short and long term goals. My approach is always compassionate, respectful, and optimistic. My goals are to reduce symptoms while helping clients move toward positive long-term changes.
