Every person brings unique life experiences, strengths & challenges to the therapeutic process. I work to collaborate with clients towards a customized treatment approach that best meets their needs. I treat adolescents and adults, grappling with a wide range of issues and I find that anxiety and depression often show up through a variety of manifestations. As such, my role is to help people better understand their root causes. Therapy is centered around enhanced emotional well-being through increased insight and decision-making capabilities as well as improved coping strategies.
